၂၀၁၃ ခုနွစ္ ဇန္န၀ါရီလ ၁၉ ရက္ နံက္ေျခာက္နာရီမွ စတင္ျပီး နယ္ေျမရွင္းလင္းစစ္ဆင္ေရးမ်ားကို ရပ္ဆိုင္းလိုက္ဟု သမၼတဦးသိန္းစိန္မွ တရား၀င္ေႀကျငာအၿပီးေနာက္ ၉ နာရီအႀကာ ညေန ၃ နာရီခန္႔တြင္ လံုးခင္း ထူးေက်ာက္စိမ္း ကုမၼဏီ၀င္းအတြင္းရွိ ဗမာအစိုးရစစ္တပ္မွ ၁၂၀ မမ လက္နက္ႀကီးမ်ားျဖင့္ အခ်က္ ၂၀ ေက်ာ္ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ပါသည္။ အရပ္သားျပည္သူအမ်ား စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ စခန္းမ်ားသို႔ သြားေရာက္ ခိုလံုေနၿပီျဖစ္သျဖင့္ ထိခိုက္မႈတစ္စံုတစ္ရာမရွိခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း သမၼတ၏ေႀကျငာခ်က္အားဆန္႔က်င္၍ တိုက္ခိုက္လာျခင္းျဖစ္သျဖင့္ တိုက္ပြဲႀကီးမ်ား ဆက္လက္ျဖစ္ပြားလာမည္ကို ေဒသခံမ်ားက စိုးရိမ္လွ်က္ရွိပါသည္။ အခ်ိုဳ႕ကလည္း သမၼတ၏ အမိန္႔အား စစ္တပ္မွ လိုက္နာမည္ မဟုတ္သျဖင့္ အျပဳသေဘာေဆာင္သည္ဟု လကၡံရန္ခက္ခဲေႀကာင္း ထင္ျမင္ႀကပါသည္။There were artillery heavy weapons shelling to the civilians after 09:00 hours of the President Thein Sein officially announced as the Burmese Government seized fire as territory clearing operation at 06:00 Am on 19th January 2013. Burmese government troops shelled more than 20 times with 120 mm howitzer artillery weapon to Lung Hkang’s civilians’ quarter from Htoo jade mine compound. Actually, most of the civilians exiled to refuges camp for a while, thus no one was hurt of that shelling but all the civilians were worried that there would be happened dreadfully battle in their place. Some civilians were hard to trust as optimist on the president’s order that the Burmese army were not followed it.
