ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ မိုးေကာင္း၊ ကားမိုင္းၿမိဳ႕ ဘက္မွ ဖါးကန္႔ဘက္သို႔ ခ်ီတက္လာေသာ ခလရ (၁၃) စစ္ေၾကာင္းတစ္ၾကာင္းသည္ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္၊ႏို၀င္ဘာလ (၁၈) ရက္ေန႔က နန္႔ယား (Nam Ya) ေက်းရြာအတြင္းေရာက္ရွိစဥ္ လမ္းေဘး ၀ဲ၊ ယာ သို႔ ေသနတ္မ်ားပစ္ခတ္ ၀င္ေရာက္ခဲျ့ခင္းေၾကာင့္ အပစ္မဲ့ ရြာသား (၄) ဦးထိခုိက္ဒဏ္ရာ ရရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။
၎တို႔မွာ-
(၁) ဦးဇိန္ဟန္ေဘာက္ေနာ္ အသက္ (၅၂) ႏွစ္
(၂) ေဒၚေအး အသက္ (၄၆) ႏွစ္
(၃) ေဒၚေဖၚယမ္ေကာ့ အသက္ (၇၀) ႏွစ္
(၄) ေမာင္ေက်ာ္မင္းေထြး အသက္ (၁၃) ႏွစ္
(သတၱမတန္းေက်ာင္းသား) တို႔မွာ ဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ထို႔ေနာက္ ၎နန္႔ယားေ က်းရြာသား ဦးေနာ္ေတာင္အိမ္၀င္းအတြင္းမွ ၀က္ (၃၀) ပိႆာခန္႔၀က္တစ္ေကာင္ကိုလည္း သတ္ျဖတ္ ယူေဆာင္သြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ အေတာအတြင္း KIA တပ္ရင္း (၆) တည္ရွိေသာေနရာ ကံဆီး ကိုထိုးစစ္ဆင္တိုက္ခိုက္ဖို႔ ေျမာက္ပိုင္းတိုင္းစစ္ဌာနခ်ဳပ္မွ ညြန္ၾကားထားၿပီျဖစ္၍လူအင္အား၊ ရိကၡာ၊ လက္နက္ႀကီး၊ လက္နက္ငယ္မ်ား ကိုေ န႔စဥ္ႏွင့္အမွ် ပို႔ေဆာင္ေနေၾကာင္းလည္းသိရွိရပါတယ္။
Burmese infantry unit (13) fired innocent civilians in Nam Ya, which is between kamaing and Hpa Kant road on 18th November according to the KIA front-line officer report. While the Burmese soldiers were shooting to everywhere in the village, four civilians were injured. They were, Zinghan Bawk Naw (52) years old, Daw Aye (46) years old, Hpauyam Kaw (70) years old and Mg Kyaw Min Htwe (13) years old student. Moreover, the cruel Burmese soldiers killed and carried (30) Vis of pig from villager Naw Tawng house. The Northern military head quarter has already instructed their troops to make offensive action in December to the KIA’s (6th) battalion area of Kan Si, thus they send everyday rations, many troops, heavy weapons to Hpa Kant area.
