ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္နယ္ေျမ ေကအုိင္ေအ အေရွ႕ပုိင္းတုိင္း တပ္မဟာ (၃) ေသဒ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ႏွင့္ တရုတ္ႏုိင္ငံ နယ္စပ္ျမိဳ႕ျဖစ္ေသာ လြယ္ဂ်ယ္တြင္ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္အခ်င္းခ်င္း ပစ္ခတ္မွဳ ေအာက္တုိဘာ (၂၀)၊ ည (၁၀း၄၅) နာရီခန္႔တြင္ ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဤသုိ႔ အခ်င္းခ်င္းပစ္ခတ္ရျခင္းမွာ လြယ္ဂ်ယ္ အေျခစုိက္ ဗမာအစုိးရ ရဲစခန္႔မွ ရဲသားႏွစ္ဦး တရုတ္ျပည္တြင္းသုိ႔ ထြက္ေျပးခုိလံုသြားျခင္းကုိ တာ၀န္ရွိ ဗမာအစုိးရရဲမ်ား ေသနတ္ျဖင့္လုိက္ပစ္ရာမွ စတင္ခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါသည္။ ဗမာအစုိးရ ရဲမ်ားထြက္ေျပးသြားေသာ ရဲ ႏွစ္ဦးကုိ လုိက္ပစ္ရာ၊ ဘုရားကုန္းေပၚရွိ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္တပ္မွ ေကအုိင္ေအမ်ားလာေရာက္ပစ္ခတ္ သည္ဟုယူမိေသာေၾကာင့္ ေသနတ္သံၾကားရာသုိ႔ ဘုရားကုန္းစစ္စခန္းမွ လက္နက္ၾကီးမ်ားျဖင့္ ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိ ပါသည္။There was firing each others in different Burmese Government troops in Loi Je, which is under the KIA (3rd) Brigade area Eastern Kachin State, on 20th October, according to KIA front-line officer report.
