On 05 July 2012 Burmese Government Army soldiers have arbitararily arrested three Kachin civilian from Yi Hku village Shan State Burma then brutally tortured and beaten for no reasons given. Burmese army and regime government have committed genocide against Kachin civilian, systematical brutally torture and gang rape Kachin women in Kachin State Burma since last 09 June 2011 for the purpose of ethnic cleansing not Democratic reforming. Burmese Government Army soldier abducted Mr. Hpa Neing, Mr. Chyauhpa Yin and Mr. Galau La then brutally tortured them. But Burmese soldiers have released Mr. Hpa Neing, and Mr. Chyauhpa Yin but still not known where about Mr Galau La and still alive or dead. The family members are fear of Burmese soldiers tortured to kill or still alive, no information about hime where about he is now. The two other are released after brutally torture and they are seeking for medical treatment and staying in (IDP) camp in Pang Sai Church according eyes witness reported. Mr. Galau La is father (3) children was brutally tortured and carried him out quietly from the place where the (3) of them were tortured according to testimonies from two whom are being released from Burmese soldiers torture. Mr Galau La family’s members are fear of Mr Galau La was being torture to dead or alive and as well as his health condition.
