KACHIN REFUGEES NEED HELP
Fighting brook out in Mung Ding Pa village, Mansi township this morning on 28 October 2013.
Starting from 14:00 hours on the 28th October, more than 500 villagers from Mung Ding Pa and neighbouring villages ran away ON FOOT from their native villages, heading to Than-Tadar village, Hanhtet village. Their destination will be either Mansi town or Banmaw town. The Churches, both Catholic and Baptists together with NGOs in Banmaw are having emergency meeting on how to collect them on the way as it is about 30 miles long journey, in the rain and the sun, for all those old and young, children and adult, women and men. Transportation, shelter, food, warm cloths, blankets are needed.
