ျမစ္ၾကီးနားမွ ၂၄ မိုင္အကြာရိွ မရမ့္ေက်းရြာ ရပ္ကြက္ (၆) ရိွ ေနအိမ္ အတြင္း သို႔ မေန႔ည ဇန္န၀ါရီ ၂၉ ည ၇ နာရီ မိနစ္ ၃၀ ခန္႔တြင္ေသနတ္ၾကီးက်ည္ဆံ က်ေရာက္ကာ အျပစ္မဲ့ျပည္သူ ၂ ဦး ေသဆုံးခဲ့ျပီး ၃ ဦး ဒဏ္ရာရရိွခဲ့သည္။ အဆိုပါ ပစ္ခတ္မႈသည္ မည္သည့္ အစိုးရ အဖြဲ႕မွ ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္းမသိရေသး ေသာ္ လည္း ျမန္မာ အစိုးရမွ ပစ္ခတ္ျခင္း  ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း ေဒသခံမ်ားက ဆိုသည္။ အခင္ျဖစ္ပြားရာ အိမ္ႏွင့္ ျမန္မာအစိုးရ အေျမာက္တပ္ အမတ (၃၇၂) ႏွင့္ အနီးတြင္ရိွျပီး ထိုတပ္မွ ပစ္ခတ္လိုက္တာ ျဖစ္ႏိုင္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္။ အခင္းျဖစ္ပြားရအိမ္မွ ၃ အိမ္ေက်ာ္ အထိ က်ည္ဆံမ်ား ထိမွန္ခဲ့ေသာ္ လည္း ဒဏ္ရာရရိွသူမ်ားမွာ အိမ္ တစ္အိမ္ထဲမွ မိသားစုမ်ားသာ ျဖစ္သည္။ မရမ့္ေက်းရြာတြင္ အမတ (၃၇၂) မွ မၾကာခဏ အေျမာက္မ်ား ျဖင့္ ပစ္ခတ္လွ်က္ရိွျပီး ေက်းရြာေဒသခံမ်ား ေၾကာက္ကာ ဗုံးခိုက်င္းမ်ား တူးထားကာ ေသနတ္သံၾကားတိုင္း ထို ဗုံးခိုက်င္းသို႔ ခိုလုံလွ်က္ရိွေၾကာင္းသိရသည္။မေန႔ညက ည ၇ နာရီမွ ၉ နာရီအထိ ေသနတ္သံမ်ား ၾကားေန ဆဲ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္းသိရသည္။

(2) Innocent civilians were killed and (3) were injured in Mayan village, which is 24 miles far away from Myitkyina, at 07:30 on 29th January 2013, according to Mayan civilians report. Actually the civilians didn't know exactly which groups were fired to that village, but it seemed like firing from Burmese Government artillery troops, said the civilians. Because Burmese artillery troops (372) is based on near the Mayan village. That artillery troop often fires to near villages, thus the civilians make bunker and whenever they hear the gunshot they hide in the bunker. The shelling were hit three houses but killing and injuring were from one family. “We were hearing the battle fighting between KIA troops and Burmese government troops from 07:00 am to 09:00 pm,” said the civilian.
