ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ ေျမာက္ပုိင္းတုိင္း တပ္မဟာ (၁) အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္နယ္ေျမျဖစ္ေသာ ပန္၀ါေဒသ ကခ်င္ျပည္ႏွင့္ တရုတ္ျပည္ နယ္ျခားမွတ္တုိင္ (၆) သုိ႔ တရုတ္အစုိးရမွ တရုတ္စစ္တပ္ အင္းအား (၃၀၀) ေက်ာ္ကုိ လာေရာက္တပ္ခ်ထားျပီးျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ တရုတ္အစုိးရမွ ယခုကဲ့သုိ႔ နယ္ျခား မွတ္တုိင္သုိ႔ စစ္အင္အား အမ်ားအျပာ လာေရာက္ခ်ထားရျခင္းမွာ ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရမွ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ (၅-၆) ရက္ေန႔တုိ႔တြင္ စစ္ရဟတ္ယာဥ္ျဖင့္ ေကအုိင္ေအ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္ရဲေဘာ္မ်ားကုိ လာေရာက္ ပစ္ခတ္ရာ၊ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္ရဟတ္ယာဥ္မ်ားသည္ တရုတ္ႏုိင္ငံအတြင္းသုိ႔ မီတာ (၈၀၀) ေက်ာ္၀င္ေရာက္လာျခင္းႏွင့္ ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရ စစ္ရဟတ္ယာဥ္မွ ပစ္လြတ္လုိက္ေသာ ေ၀ဟင္မွ ေျမျပင္ပစ္ ဒံုးလက္နက္မ်ား တရုတ္ႏုိင္ငံ အတြင္သုိ႔ က်ေရာက္ေပါက္ကြဲျခင္းတုိ႔ေၾကာင့္ ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ တရုတ္စစ္တပ္မွ နယ္ျခားမွတ္တုိင္အနီးတပ္စြဲထားေသာ တရုတ္စစ္တပ္မွ ေလယာဥ္ပစ္ လက္နက္ၾကီးမ်ားကုိလည္း တပ္ဆင္ထားျပီး ေနာက္တစ္ၾကိမ္ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္ရဟတ္ယာဥ္မ်ား နယ္ေက်ာ္လာပါက ပစ္ခ်သြားမည္ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ေနျပည္ေတာ္ ကုိလည္း သတိေပးထားျပီး ျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း ဆက္လက္ သိရွိရပါသည္။More than (300) Chinese soldiers settled in Burma and China boarder post (6), it is under KIA (1st) Brigade area near Pang Wa, according to the KIA front-line officer report.
