ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ျမစ္ၾကီးနား - ဆြမ္ပရာဘြမ္ - ပူတာအုိ ကားလမ္းျပဳျပင္ေရး စီမံကိန္အတြက္ လံုျခံဳေရးယူရန္ အေၾကာင္းျပျပီး လမ္းတစ္ေလွ်ာက္ ဗမာအစုိးရမွ တပ္မ (၃၃) လက္ေအာက္ တပ္ရင္းမ်ားမွ စစ္အင္အား ေထာင္ခ်ီ ေနရာယူထားျပီးျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဤဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္မ်ားသည္ ဧရာ၀တီျမစ္ေရေၾကာင္း တစ္ေလွ်ာက္ အတက္အဆင္း ေျပးဆြဲေနေသာ စက္ေလွမ်ားကုိလည္း တီယန္ဇြပ္ေက်းရြာမွ ပိတ္ပင္လုိက္ေသာေၾကာင့္ ခရီးသြားျပည္သူမ်ားႏွင့္ ဧရာ၀တီျဖစ္ဖ်ားပုိင္းသုိ႔ သြားေရာက္ အသက္ေမြး၀မ္းေၾကာင္း ျပဳၾကေသာ ျပည္သူလူထုအမ်ားအျပာ အလုပ္အကုိင္ ထိခုိင္ဆံုးရွုံး၍ ဒုကၡအမ်ိဳးမ်ိဳး ၾကံဳေတြ႔ေနရေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။It has been banned the Irrawaddy water boat route, it is between Tayang Zup and upper side of the Irrawaddy river from Burmese Government troops from (33) Division, according to the KIA front-line officer report. More than thousand of Burmese soldiers took security and they made reason of repairing the Myitkyina and Putao road then they banned all the boats to go up the upper Irrawaddy side, as a result, civilians from these region faced difficulties to go work and earns money.
