ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ အေနာက္ပုိင္းတုိင္း တပ္မဟာ (၅) လက္ေအာက္ ေကအုိင္ေအ တပ္ရင္း (၅) ေဒသျဖစ္ေသာ ၀၀မ္ေက်းရြာအနီးတြင္ ႏုိ၀င္ဘာ (၇) ရက္ ေန႔လည္ပုိင္း (၂း၀၀) နာရီ အခ်ိန္ခန္႔တြင္ ေကအုိင္ေအ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္ရဲေဘာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္ ခလရ (၁၄၁) တုိ႔ ျပင္းထန္စြာ တုိက္ပြဲျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဤတုိက္ပြဲတြင္ ဗမာစစ္တပ္ဘက္မွာ (၇) ဦးေသဆံုးေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။
လြန္ခဲ့ေသာ အပါတ္တြင္လည္း ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ တပ္မဟာ (၅) အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္နယ္ေျမျဖစ္ေသာ ဖားကန္႔ေဒသ တြင္ ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရ စစ္တပ္အျခင္းျခင္း (၁၂၀မမ) လက္နက္ၾကီးမ်ားျဖင့္ မွားယြင္းပစ္ခဲ့မွဳ ျဖစ္ပြားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း၊ ဤသုိ႔အျခင္းျခင္းမွားယြင္းေၾကာင့္ ဗမာစစ္သား အမ်ားအျပား ေသဆံုး၊ ဒဏ္ရာရရွိခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ေသဆံုး ဒဏ္ရာရရွိေသာ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္သားမ်ားကုိ ျမစ္ၾကီးနား ေဆးရုံသုိ႔ ရဟတ္ယာဥ္ျဖင့္ ၄၊၅ ခါ သယ္ယူခဲ့ရေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဤသုိ႔ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္တပ္ အခ်င္းခ်င္းမၾကာခဏမွားယြင္း ပစ္ခတ္မွဳျဖစ္ပြားရျခင္းမွာ ဗမာအစိုးရမွ ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္အတြင္းသုိ႔ စစ္အင္းအား အမ်ားအျပားပုိ႔ေဆာင္ထားျခင္းေၾကာင့္ျဖစ္ျပီး၊ တပ္ရင္းတစ္ရင္းႏွင့္ တစ္ရင္းမွတ္မိျခင္း မရွိေသာေၾကာင့္ မွားယြင္းပစ္ခတ္မွဳ မၾကာခဏျဖစ္ပြားရျခင္းျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါသည္။

At 02:00 noon on that day, there was severely battle between Burmese Government light infantry unit (141) and KIA (5) battalion in Wa Wang village.
Last week, there was wrong firing with 120 MM artillery weapon between the same Burmese Government troops. On that incident, many Burmese soldiers died and wounded. And the wounded soldiers were transferred 5 times with military helicopter. It is happened often because there are many Burmese government troops in the KIA’s area and they don’t recognize each other.
