ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ ရွမ္းျပည္အေျခစုိက္ တပ္မဟာ (၄) နယ္ေျမျဖစ္ေသာ မံုရင္အနီးတြင္ ထုိးစစ္ဆင္လာေသာ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္ကုိ ေကအုိင္ေအ တပ္ရင္း (၈) မွ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္ရဲေဘာ္ မ်ားကေနျပီး ေအာက္တုိဘာ (၁၂) ရက္ ညေန (၉း၃၀) နာရီအခ်ိန္တြင္ တုိက္ခုိက္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဤသုိ႔ ေကအုိင္ေအ မ်ိဳးခ်စ္ရဲေဘာ္မ်ားႏွင့္ ဗမာစစ္အစုိးရ စစ္တပ္တုိ႔ တုိက္ခုိက္ရာ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္တပ္ဘက္မွ (၂၀) ေက်ာ္ ေသဆံုး၊ ဒဏ္ရာရခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ဆက္လက္သိရွိရပါသည္။
There were (20) Burmese soldiers died and wounded near the Mung Ying, Northern Shan State, according to the KIA front-line officer report. The Government Burmese troops invaded to attack the KIA’s controlled areas of Mung Ying KIA (8) battalion, KIA (4) brigade, Northern Shan state, at 09:30 on that day. Thus, the KIA troops opened fire to prevent the regions.
