ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ ေျမာက္ပုိင္းတုိင္း တပ္မဟာ (၁) နယ္ေျမျဖစ္ေသာ ပန္၀ါေဒသ ကခ်င္ျပည္ႏွင့္ တရုတ္ျပည္ နယ္ျခားမွတ္တုိင္ အမွတ္ (၆) တရုတ္ျပည္ဘက္ျခမ္းရွိ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္စခန္း သို႔ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္ ခလရ (၇၇) မွ ေအာက္တုိဘာ (၁၅) ရက္ေန႔ ညေနပုိင္း (၂း၀၀) နာရီခန္႔တြင္ လက္နက္ၾကီးမ်ားျဖင့္ ပစ္ခတ္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္သားမ်ားပစ္ခတ္လုိ္က္ေသာ ငါးၾကင္းမွီး လက္နက္က်ည္ဆံ ထိမွန္ေသာေၾကာင့္ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္စခန္းမွ အသက္ (၄) ႏွစ္အရြယ္ ကေလးငယ္တစ္ဦး ေျခေထာက္ျပတ္သြားျပီး၊ ဘယ္ဘက္လက္တြင္လည္း က်ည္ဆံထိမွန္သြားေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။(4) years old refugee kid was cut off the leg from the Burmese unit (77) infantry’s heavy artillery weapon firing, in the Chinese side refugee camp near the Border pass (6) Pan Wa, which is under KIA (1st) brigade, northern Kachin State, according to the KIA front-line officer report.
