ကခ်င္ျပည္နယ္ ေကအုိင္အုိအစုိးရ အေနာက္ပုိင္းတုိင္း တပ္မဟာ (၂) နယ္ေျမျဖစ္ေသာ မုိးေကာင္း - ဖားကန္႔လမ္း ကားမုိင္းျမိဳ႕အနီး မဒဲန္ေက်းရြာတြင္ ေအာက္တုိဘာ (၂၂) ရက္ေန႔ ဗမာအစုိးရ၏ တပ္မ (၈၈) မွ စစ္ေၾကာင္းမ်ားေရာက္ရိွလာျပီး ရြာသားမ်ား၏ ေငြေၾကး၊ ဥစၥာပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိ လုယူျပီး၊ ရြာသူရြာသားမ်ား ကုိလည္း ညွင္းပန္းႏွပ္စက္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ေအာက္အုိဘာ (၂၂) ရက္ ည (၈း၀၀ မွ ၉း၀၀) နာရီအတြင္ ဗမာစစ္သားမ်ားမွ မဒဲန္ရြာမွ ကခ်င္ႏွစ္ျခင္း သင္းေထာက္ဆရာ ဦးလဟီးေခါင္ေဒါင္ ေနအိမ္မွ ဦးလဟီးေခါင္ေဒါင္၏ အမွဳေတာ္ထမ္း (၂၅) ႏွစ္ျပည့္ဂ်ဴဗလီ အထိမ္းအမွတ္ ေရႊလက္စြပ္ (၂) ကြင္း၊ နားေဒါင္း (၁) စံုႏွင့္ အ၀တ္အစားမ်ားကုိ လုယူသြားေၾကာင္း၊ ဆက္လက္ျပီး ဦးထိန္မန္ေယာ္ ၏ ေစ်းဆုိင္မွ ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိလည္း ဗမာစစ္သားမ်ား ၾကိဳက္ႏွစ္သက္ရာမ်ားကုိ ယူသြားျပီး၊ က်န္ပစၥည္းမ်ားကုိ အကုန္ဖ်က္ဆီးထားခဲ့ေၾကာင္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။ ဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္သားမ်ားမွ မဒဲန္ေက်းရြာသား ဦးဇခုန္ေဇာ္ခါး (အသက္ (၄၀) ကုိဖမ္းဆီးေခၚေဆာင္သြားေၾကာင္း ဆက္လက္သိရွိရပါသည္။
ဤဗမာအစုိးရ စစ္တပ္မ်ားသည္ မဒဲန္ေက်းရြာမွ ထြက္ခြာသြားျပီး နန္႔ဟုိင္ေက်းရြာသုိ႔ ျပန္လည္ေရာက္ရွိ လာျပီျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း၊ စစ္အင္းအား (၄၀) ခန္႔က လြယ္ဆုိင္ရြာတြင္ေနရာယူထားၾကျပီး၊ အင္အား (၃၀) ခန္႔မွာ မုိက္ခရုိေ၀့ပ္ရွိရာ ေတာင္ကုန္းေပၚတြင္ေနရာယူထားေၾကာင္း စံုစမ္းသိရွိရပါသည္။ ဗမာအစုိးရစစ္တပ္မ်ား သည္ ဘြမ္ဆုိင္း ေတာင္ေပၚတြင္ လက္နက္ၾကီးမ်ား တပ္ဆင္ရန္ ျပင္ဆင္ေနလ်က္ရွိေၾကာင္းလည္း သတင္းရရွိပါသည္။

At 08:00 – 09:00 PM on that day, the Burmese troops from the (88) division arrived in the Ma Den village, thieved two golden ring (which the Church gave him as a 25 years’ service of Deacon), one golden ornamental ear plug and some dresses from Ma Den Baptist church’s deacon Lahi Hkawng Dau house. And continuously, the Burmese soldiers robbed that the valuable things and destroyed the rest of the shop from Htingman Yaw grocery shop. Moreover, the Burmese troops arrested the Zahkung Zau Hka (40 years old age) from that village. That same Burmese troops left from Ma Dang village and went on to Nam Hai village. As soon as they arrived, (40) Burmese soldiers took security on Loi Seng village, (30) soldiers settled on Microwave hill. And again, these troops were arranging to set up heavy artillery weapon on Bum Sai Mountain.
