Otherwise China government will take actions against KIO and Kachn people. The currently ongoing civil war between KIA and Burmese Army was also started by China business interest in Kachin State. As a result of several Dam projects in Kachin State and gas and oil pipeline project through Kachin State to China. China has urge Burmese army and Burmese regime to attack in order to disarm Kachin Independent Army (KIA) immediately since 09 June 2011. Burmese army and regime has promised China to disarm KIA within 3 days. Unfortunately Burmese army and regime under estimated Kachin army and Kachin people determination and right, readiness to defend against all intruders or enemy of Kachin Land. The civil war has been 14 months since last started on 09 June 2011. We Kachin people would like to inform the Government of Republic of China not to interere our internal political affair and wish to remind Government of China that Kachin people will united as one nation to defend against any intruder or enemy of Kachin Land. We call on KIO/KIA and all Kachin people in Kachin State, China, India, Thailand and Kachin people around the world to take immediate actions to defend Kachin Land an our people.
We Kachin people love peace and respect self determination and right of indivial. Therefore we wish to call upon Burmese regime to find real lasting political solution but not civil war or killing will not win Kachin people heart and supports from us. We wish to live peacefully in our Kachin Land along with any other races or even Burma (Burmese) people.
