KIA 5th Brigade special force has attacked against Burmese army intrusion into Na Lung village KIA control area Kachin State. However, there was no casualty from KIA force and unknown numbers of soldiers of Burmese soldiers wounded in the defensive attacked launch by KIA force. Burmese army has intruded into KIA control area during 17 years of cease fire agreement then station there as one of Burmese army base. KIA and KIO have requested several times to Burmese regime government through peace delegates to withdraw their army from KIA control areas before before peace negotiation. However Burmese regime and army have ignore request and continue to build up more troops into KIA control areas. According to frontline reported that (800) Burmese soldiers are heading toward Laiza, KIA administrative town and planning to launch major offensive attack against KIA command center. If they do is it will be biggest mistake the Burmese army and the government ever committed against Kachin people. We all Kachin people have no choice but stand up as one nation to defend our land and our people.
