On June 01 2012, There was ambush attacked by 14th Brigade KIA forces against Burmese battalion Hka-L-Y (86) soldiers. According front line report cited that total 67 of Burmese soldiers including Major Zaw Naing Win loaded into 5 trucks while they were returning from civil war in Kachin State. They arrived at Danai Town on 31 May 2012, and on 01 June 2012, KIA forces from 14th KIA battalion counter attacked with 3 powerful remote bombs. The bombs explosion took placed right at the road junction between Bankawk and Jahtu Zup located near the plantation farm belonging to Yuzana Company. The powerful bombs destroyed completely one truck and killed 4 soldiers, 2 soldiers loss their legs and 1soldier loss this arms. The reported also confirmed that the same Burmese battalion has over 100 soldier initially to attack against KIA and Kachin Civilian. However, they were returning back with 67 soldiers after their own agression against KIA and Kachin civilian. Aftefrmath of the bombs attacked, as usual practice of Burmese soldier torture and beaten Mr Maji Naw Lawn for no reason, and to bang their anger as well as to swallow their shame. The victim of torture by Burmese soldier is almost die and left helplessly according to eyes witness reported.
