Hpyen yen dabang de myen hpyen ni kawn sinat ni gap bang ai majaw hpyen yen tsin yam ni law law mung hkala hkrum lai wa sai lam hte, Shy. The Burma soldier from hka-la-ya (418) terrorized Kachin (IDP) camp and burned down huts in KIA 3rd Brigade control area on 06 December 2011 at 530pm Burma time. The soldiers were also gang raped Mr. Lahpai Zau Li Naw wife Madam Sumhka Ji Tawng mother’s of a children. The soldiers were then torture and killed her according to eye reported. The Burma soldiers also opened fire at civilian then injured many civilian in the camp. The Burma soldiers also arrest Ms. Sumhka Kaw since then till today there was no news where she was taken alive or dead.
We condemn Burma army committed the terrorist actions against Kachin civilian, torture, gang rape and killing innocent civilian. We appeal to UN, USA, UK and the world communities to take severe counter actions against Burma regime government immediately.
